Shipping: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are shipped from Iowa City, Iowa. You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Hassle-Free 15-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your rug! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return it free of charge within 15 days of receiving it. Simply reach out to us with your name and order number, and we will provide you with a prepaid return label sent to your email.

Once we receive the rug in its original packaging, you will be issued a full refund—no questions asked. If you'd like a replacement, we’ll make it our top priority to help you find the perfect rug quickly. Your satisfaction is our commitment!

All non-staged rugs are photographed without a filter in natural light in order to accurately represent the truest color and texture in our rugs. Please contact us if you wish to see any additional photos or videos so you can better assess our rugs before your purchase. 

All rugs will slightly vary in color depending on how the light hits the rug and the surroundings of the space, like wall color and furniture.

Given the nature of our rugs, dimensions may vary up to one-inch in length and width, they are all hand-made and not one is perfect. In addition, there may be areas of wear, due to the age of the rug, this is not considered a defect. This is what makes each rug so special.
